The sharing-style dinner is built around large, convivial dishes set in the middle of the table. The fine dining evening is a multi-course plated menu, as in a gastronomic restaurant.
Yes. Every menu is built with you, around your tastes, the season and your guests' allergies or diets.
For a halavi (dairy) meal, the service is kosher with a teuda. For other menus, the chef cooks with ingredients that meet BADATZ kosher certification, without an official teuda. For any question, talk to him directly.
